Anti-Fungal Diet – Fight Nail Fungus Internally

Improving your physical health through exercise is another proven and extremely effective way to fight nail fungal infections. Just remember to avoid gym showers and sweaty floor mats whenever possible (you can be exposed to rogue nail fungus strands).
